Message From The Director

Dear Supporters,

The Cortland Community SPCA is happy to announce that they will once again be servicing the County by providing Animal Cruelty and Neglect investigations and prosecutions. This state mandated service has been contracted to the CCSPCA humane investigative department to provide this service, and we are happy to do so. Please call you local legislator and thank them for making this choice! The 2011 contract is coming up and it would be great for the legislature to know how important it is to the community that we be able to provide this important service.
